This video explains the i-access service and what to expect when you make a referral.

We are a substance misuse service delivered by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. We understand that making that first step to contact a service is difficult, we're here to support you through that process.

All referrals can take place from our website either self-referral or professional referral. We will offer every single person who refers into i-access a first appointment within 21 days.

You'll be allocated a key worker to help you through that process after assessment.

You would come in to see us one-to-one we have a couple of face-to-face appointments if that was necessary or if that fitted into your schedule. We would be able to offer you other links into the community and building recovery in the community which is one of the important factors. You'd be able to come to our bases and it'll be a great place to start the journey of recovery.
