Support for overcoming drug use

If you’re worried about your drug use, asking for help can feel like a big step - but it’s one you don’t have to take alone.

At i-access, we’re here to listen, understand, and support you. There’s no judgement, just a team of professionals ready to help you make positive changes at your own pace.

Whether you’re struggling with prescription drugs, recreational substances, or other challenges, our services are designed to help you regain control and move toward a healthier future.

Our service

We know that everyone’s journey is different. That’s why we tailor our support to your individual needs.

Assessment and planning

Your first appointment will be a confidential assessment at one of our clinics in Surrey, where we’ll take the time to understand your needs and identify the best way to support you. This could include:

Detoxification (if needed)

If stopping drug use feels overwhelming, we provide medically supervised detox to help you withdraw safely and comfortably.

Therapeutic support

Recovery is about more than stopping drugs. We’ll support you with:

  • One-to-one counselling: Work with a key worker to explore the reasons behind your drug use and develop coping strategies
  • Group therapy: Connect with others in similar situations to share experiences and build a supportive network.

Aftercare and ongoing support

We’ll help you plan for the future with tools and resources to maintain your recovery. This includes relapse prevention strategies and links to local support groups and activities.

Who will support you

You’ll be supported by an experienced and compassionate team, including:

• Keyworkers who will guide you throughout your journey.

• Specialist nurses to provide medical advice and support during detox.

• Therapists who can help you address emotional and psychological challenges.

• Peer mentors with lived experience to offer encouragement and understanding.
