Our service is free and confidential and we offer non-judgemental support tailored to your needs.

Your first appointment

When you refer yourself, we aim to offer you a confidential assessment appointment within 21 days. During your assessment, you’ll:

  • Discuss your situation: We’ll ask questions to understand your drug or alcohol use and any challenges you’re facing.
  • Explore your options: Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to help you reach your goals, whether that’s reducing, stopping, or stabilising your use.
  • Plan for wider support: If needed, we can discuss additional support, such as help with housing, finances, or mental health.
