  • Breaking Free: an evidence-based digital treatment and recovery programme for addressing substance use in community settings.   • NHS drink Free days:  Update and track your drink-free days, get simple and practical tips to help you control your drinking, receive reminders when you need it most and celebrate milestones when you reach your targets.
  • MyDrinkaware: Check how many units or calories are in each drink, shows you when you have been binge drinking, set goals, understand the link between alcohol and sleep quality and plan and celebrate drink-free days.
