  • The facts about alcohol

"My goal was reduction and control of my alcohol use. I drank more when I had problems, and then I depended on alcohol.

The process has been eye-opening, I went into it in denial and thought it wouldn’t help, but it’s been really supportive.

My mindset has changed. I’ve learned how to cope with triggers, talk about things, open up and trust people. I’m feeling positive, I’ve reduced alcohol use, and I’m now able to control it." - Anonymous
